This is the NPC journal for the Silver Rose Hotel. Contained within will be ghosts, characters, and other needed things for the game

hauntedhotel.

This game is all in fun and is not meant to offend anyone. It is a cross between the game CLUE, haunted houses in general, and just good natured fun.

Welcome to the Silver Rose!

Welcome to the Silver Rose Hotel, a beautiful Victorian establishment run by two sisters. It's a modest bed and breakfast set well back on a dirt road and surrounded by beautiful gardens, maintained by the youngest of the pair. It's a place of peace and tranquillity where one can relax from the pressures of life.

While it may seem like a simple retreat, both the Silver Rose and it’s' innkeepers are shrouded in mystery. The guests of the Silver Rose receive an invitation inviting them for an all expense paid vacation as a thank you for something or another written on thick parchment in a fine script and signed by the elder sister. Compelled to go, the guests accept the generous offer and are ferried away to the secluded hotel. The ride makes the guest tired and they sleep until their arrival. They are greeted by the younger sister and she helps them with their bags, showing them to their room.

The hotel seems to have had time itself stop. While pristine in condition, it has all the comforts of a home built in 1905 and no more. The sisters have kept true to the Victorian way of life and their guests are expected to do the same. No electricity can be found anywhere and no modern technology will work either. It's quaint, but odd as well.

The guests will have a day or two of peace before a mysterious guest whom no one had seen before turns up dead, found slain in his room by the younger sister delivering his morning meal. Outside, the weather has turned cold and a snow storm has trapped the inhabitants in the hotel, leaving them unable to go for help. It is at this point the guests may notice they seem to all come from different walks of life...and times as well.

·Who are these two women who have brought them to this place?
·Who is the man who was found murdered and who could have killed him?
·And what in world is the strange goings on about the Hotel and its grounds?

It's up to you, a guest of the Silver Rose Hotel, to answer these questions and find a way to escape the Silver Rose Hotel...
